One | One Sessions

One-on-one sessions are an opportunity for women seeking individualized support to attune to the cyclical nature of their bodies and explore their inner landscape.

In our sessions I weave together somatic practices, intuitive movement, and meditation, offering a holistic approach that honors the body’s innate wisdom. Drawing from the lineages of yoga & tantra, somatics and feminine embodiment.

My work is deeply rooted in attunement, encouraging women to listen to their bodies, explore sensations, and move in ways that feel authentic and nourishing. I believe in the power of tuning into the subtle messages of the body as a pathway to healing and self-discovery.

Each session includes the following steps:

1st step: Introductory call

A few days before our first session we will have a video call to connect and start your process. Taking some time before our video call to get clear on your needs and wishes for our session together is recommended. 

2nd step: Session

After our call, I will carefully design your personalized session depending on the main healing theme defined during our video call.

Our session will take place on Zoom and lasts 60 min.
