This is a space to come home to yourself. A place to land in your body, soften into presence, and honor the cycles within you.

As a cycle educator and somatic guide, I support you in reconnecting with the wisdom of your body and the rhythms of the feminine. Through movement, ritual, and sisterhood, we attune to what arises, trusting your inner knowing and allowing deep listening, expression, and connection to unfold.

Rooted in trauma-informed facilitation, my work offers a safe and nourishing space to explore your body and truth. Whether through cycle awareness, somatic inquiry, or ceremony, this is an invitation to return to your essence—the wisdom that has always been within you.

You are held here. You belong.

Welcome love,

Woman standing on rocky shore by the ocean at sunset, wearing a bikini and sarong, with waves in the background.

I will not rescue you, for you are not powerless. I will not fix you for you are not broken.

I will not heal you for I see you, in your wholeness.

I will walk you through the darkness as you remember your light.

Rooted in years of studying women’s cycles, hormonal health, and spiritual traditions from around the world, these offerings weave together ritual, movement, and ancestral feminine wisdom. Through online immersions and sacred circles, we explore themes like menstrual cycle awareness, womb healing, and cyclical living — inviting you to return to the rhythms of your body and the remembrance of what has always lived within.

Somatic Flow & Embodied Yin

Testimonials

  • "Working with Christine felt like coming home to myself. She held space with such depth and gentleness, guiding me back into my body and my truth. When I came to her, I was feeling completely disconnected from my womb and cycle after years of hormonal birth control. Through her guidance, I’ve learned to listen to my body’s signals, honour my energy shifts, and move through my cycle with more ease and self-compassion."

    -Janne, DK

  • "I came to Christine because I was feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and constantly pushing through my cycle without rest. After just a few sessions, I noticed a huge shift — I now plan my work and social life around my energy, I’m sleeping better, and my PMS symptoms have eased. The tools Christine gave me are simple but life-changing, and I feel more productive without burning out. It’s not just about my cycle anymore, it’s about living in a way that actually supports me."

  • "Christine has a gift for listening beyond words. Our sessions helped me understand my cycle in a way I never had before, and I now feel more attuned to my needs and rhythms. I first reached out because I was stuck in burnout and felt numb. Christine’s somatic practices and cycle awareness tools have helped me slow down, feel again, and trust my body’s wisdom."

    -Anna, GE

  • “Over the past years, I've been dedicated to rebalancing my hormones due to PCOS, which brings about irregular and painful periods. I’ve only had my period two to three times in the last years. After two 1:1 sessions with Christine, I surprisingly got my period with a much shorter gap of only two months compared to the usual six to eight months! While it could be a coincidence I don’t think it was. Following our sessions, I experienced a profound somatic release, feeling deeply relaxed and connected to my womb. I believe that from this state, my body was able to resume its menstrual cycle.”

  • “Christine offers a loving, gentle, intuitive approach to yin. It is so easy to feel safe and at ease in her class because you know immediately that you are in excellent hands. Her light and energy are infectious, and I always feel uplifted, more in my body, and in tune with myself after experiencing the magic of her practice. She emanates love, open-heartedness, and friendliness.”

  • “Christine’s womb healing course was deeply transformative and profoundly healing. We laughed, we cried, we called upon our ancestors, and moved energy through ourselves in ways I didn’t personally know was possible. It was like magic, in real life and in the body. Christine was the absolute best guide through this impactful series, her angelic voice and thoughtful guidance leading to beautiful inner revelations I didn’t know I could unearth.

  • “The womb healing course has been transformative and I’m already noticing the effects in my everyday life. Due to endometriosis and trauma I have had a difficult relationship with the sacral space and this course was just what I needed. Christine led us through the course with so much compassion and wisdom, making us all feel safe, held and seen. I will continue to do these practises even after the course has ended.”
